Monday 8th January - Friday 12th January, 9-10.30am
The class begins with breath and alignment work moving from the floor to standing. This is followed by a section of improvisation, involving various stimulus and visualisations dependent on Rosalind's current research. The last portion of the class is dedicated to release based movement exercises involving folding, extension, swing and spirals. The aim of the work is to develop openness in the body and to explore the range and quality of each individual's movement possibility.
This class is developed for professional dancers but is open to all.
