Intro to Parkour



This outdoor course will teach participants about essential foundations from which Parkour is based. You will not only receive the physical training but the philosophy and the mental approach of risk assessment through progressive training, to which you can apply to many other practices. This class suits beginners, as it will focus on quality of movement with repetition at the safest level of heights. The class will be at a pace in which you can manage so don’t worry about your current fitness level. The classes will take part outside regardless of weather. As this is for beginners undercover areas will be used, especially if the weather is harsh. Designed and delivered by movement artist Scott Houston, in conjunction with Glasgow Parkour Coaching – Come and play!

Meeting at Queen St Train Station (Dundass Street entrance) for 7pm. Class leaves at 7.15pm.
